Shipping & delivery policy

1. What is delivered

You receive the completed manuscript as an editable document (Microsoft Word .docx by default, or another format if you ask for one), together with the reference list in the citation style you specified.

2. Delivery timeline

Papers are delivered within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed, or on whatever date we have agreed with you in writing for larger pieces of work such as systematic reviews and theses. Where we have agreed a specific date with you, that date takes precedence over the standard window.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India. The clock starts when payment is confirmed and the brief is complete. If we need something from you before we can start — data, a protocol, an ethics approval reference — the timeline starts once we have it, and we will tell you clearly that we are waiting.

3. How it reaches you

The finished paper is sent through all three of these:

• Email, to the address on your CortexMed account
• WhatsApp, to the number you gave us with your request
• Your account, where it stays available to download from the order page

4. Tracking your order

Every request has its own page in your account showing the current stage — awaiting payment, in queue, in progress, in review, delivered — along with a timestamped history of everything that has happened. You do not need to ask us for an update; it is on the page.

5. Delays

If anything is going to run late, we tell you before the deadline rather than after it, with a revised date. If a delay is caused by us and you no longer want the paper as a result, we will refund the payment in full.

6. Shipping charges

None. The price of the paper is the total price. There are no delivery, handling or courier charges of any kind, and nothing is dispatched to a physical address.
