Questions doctors ask

How long does a paper take?: Most papers are delivered in 1–2 business days. If the work is larger — a systematic review, for example — we agree a date with you in writing before you pay, and that date is what we hold ourselves to.
Can I speak to someone before I pay?: Yes, and we would prefer it. Create your request, then use the support chat in your account. We reply there, and you only pay once you are satisfied with what has been agreed.
How is the paper delivered?: By email and WhatsApp, and as a download inside your CortexMed account. You keep full rights to the manuscript.
What if the draft is not quite right?: One round of revisions is included in the price. Tell us what needs to change in the support chat and we will turn it around.
Do you guarantee that the paper will be accepted?: No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. Acceptance is the journal's decision. What we guarantee is a well-structured, well-referenced, original manuscript that is ready to submit.
