We work with practising doctors — residents finishing a thesis, consultants sitting on a case series, departments that need a review written before a deadline. You bring the clinical substance. We turn it into a manuscript that reads the way a journal expects.

Every paper is written by a person, not generated and handed over. The work goes through a literature search, a structural edit and a plagiarism check before it reaches you, and you get one round of revisions afterwards as part of the price — you tell us what to change in the support chat, and the revised files come back to your account.

We are deliberately narrow. Two things — the manuscript, and the conference presentation that usually follows it — each at one flat price, with one point of contact. There is no sales process and no quote to wait for: you pick one and pay, you tell us what to write on the screen straight after, and the rest happens in your account.

Authorship stays with you. We do not appear on the paper, we do not submit on your behalf, and we do not invent data. What we sell is writing and editorial work, nothing more.

How we talk to you, and why it is only two ways. Everything to do with your paper happens in two places: email, and the support chat inside your account. Both keep a written, timestamped record you can go back to, which is exactly why we use them. A manuscript takes weeks of back and forth — the brief, the data, the drafts, the revision you asked for in the third week — and every part of it has to be findable later by whoever picks the thread up. So the long documents and the formal exchanges go by email, the quick questions go in the chat, and both of them stay put. The number below is there so you can hear a voice when you want one; it is not where anything gets agreed.

Sitting alongside that is the teaching side. Years of writing papers for clinicians showed us the same gaps coming back — study design, statistics, how a manuscript is actually assembled — so we are building courses and study material for doctors preparing for exams and doing their own research. Both are in preparation and neither is on sale yet; when they are, they will be written by the same people who write the manuscripts.
